Kisenyi FC and FC Luzira Secure Fourth Consecutive Victories

The 2023/24 betPawa Futsal Super League matchday four resumed with three exhilarating games at Old Kampala Futsal Arena on Thursday evening, marking the fourth win for both Kisenyi FC and Futsal Club of Luzira.

In a thrilling opener, Kisenyi held on to beat Kabowa Dream Team 3-1, maintaining their 100% record.

Bakar Yusuf, Abdullahi Abdulkarim, and Dahir Ahmed netted in the first half, while Nsamba Latif secured Kabowa’s consolation in the second.

Meanwhile, Luzira dominated the final game of the day, securing a resounding victory against Kawempe FC with a nine-star performance.

Edmond Bithum, Joshua Aziku, Arafat Ssentongo, and Damien Nakalema each scored twice, complementing Vincent Abigaba’s opener.

Despite Kenneth Ssekyazi and Arafat Luwangula’s efforts for Kawempe, the debutants suffered their fourth consecutive loss, securing no points at the bottom of the table.

In another captivating match, Kampala Junior Team (KJT) claimed victory over Aidenal with a 4-2 scoreline. Reagan Kimbugwe and Abdul Shakur Nsereko each secured a brace for KJT, while Lameck Mwebaza scored both goals for Aidenal in a valiant effort.

The excitement continues on Friday evening at Old Kampala Futsal Arena with three more games. The unbeaten Park FC will face Lubowa Grameen, who experienced their first loss last week. Edgars Youth Programme will challenge a desperate Mengo City, and Kisugu FC will clash with Nansana ASKA.
