Uganda’s top-ranked FIFA Futsal referees, Brian Emmy Nsubuga and Isaac Sengendo, have received appointments from CAF to officiate the CAF 2024 Futsal AFCON qualifier game between Namibia and Tanzania in Windhoek.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Namibia Sport Plaza artificial turf on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
Nsubuga will serve as the first referee, with Sengendo as his assistant. The role of the third referee will be filled by Mauritius’ Suraj Sobhee.

Additionally, Hijaaz Peerboccus from Mauritius and Jose Luis Sousa Manjate from Mozambique will assume the responsibilities of the timekeeper and match commissioner, respectively, for this high-stakes qualifier game.
